Testo 330i Combustion Analyzer with Bluetooth Review
The Testo 330i Combustion Analyzer is a truly unique combustion analyzer because it does not follow your typical combustion analyzer design. The Testo 330i surprisingly has no screen, but instead focuses purely on Bluetooth communication with your smartphone or tablet device. The Testo 330i has already been on the market in Europe for over a year, and due to its success, Testo decided to bring it to North America as well. The Testo 330i is great for maintenance and tuning for burners, boilers, diesel and gas engines, laboratory analysis, heaters, kilns, furnaces, turbines, water heaters, etc.
The Testo 330i connects to your smartphone or tablet device and uses the Testo 330i App to display measurements, graphical trends, create reports, insert photos for documentation, send reports, and more. The Testo 330i easily mounts to gas flues with the testoFix probe mount so you can set it up and proceed to test wirelessly from up to 50 feet away. The Testo 330i measures up to 30,000 ppm CO with automatic fresh air dilution and features field replaceable sensors that last up to 6 years.
The Testo 330i solves many of the common problems technicians commonly face such as the probe slipping out of the core flow of the flue, the actual measuring unit having to fit into an awkward position while keeping the probe properly inserted, and the control panel being in a separate location from the measuring location. Not to mention and the technician is stuck with a bunch of printouts and paperwork. The Testo 330i solves all of these problems by offering a secure mount for the probe and measuring device, the ability to measure from up to 50 feet away, and being able to perform reports in the app with the option for emailing or printing them.
The Testo 330i has two other alternative kits: The Testo 330i Combustion Analyzer with Bluetooth NOx Kit and the Testo 330i Combustion Analyzer with Bluetooth Upgrade Kit that just includes the Testo 330i, but without a probe.
How many times have you had to reposition your flue probe while using your combustion analyzer?
