Fluke Ti200 Infrared Camera Review – The New Wave of Thermal Imagers with Fluke Connect (Part I)
The Fluke Ti200 has been discontinued.
Hey all, this is the first in a three part series about Fluke’s new line of thermal imagers. First up is the TI200. Now for this series, the Ti200 is the entry level model but don’t let that label fool you, this is a camera that is highly competitive and vastly featured - especially in its price range.
Key Features:
• Powerful high-performance features make troubleshooting fast and easy.
• Auto Focus Redefined - On target and in-focus. Every single time.
• Compatible with the Fluke Connect, the largest suite of connected test tools in the world.
• Fluke SmartView software is included at no additional charge.
Let’s begin with what everyone really cares about in a camera, resolution and refresh rate. The Fluke Ti200 packs 200 x 150 pixel resolution and a 60 Hz refresh with a sub $6,000 price tag. These are impressive specs but are all the better when coupled with the dizzying amount of features that Fluke has added to this line. You get electrical, moisture and other environmental readings that can be imbedded in thermograms via Bluetooth connection with Fluke meters via Fluke’s CXN technology, wireless connection to Fluke’s mobile app or to a computer running the application for enhanced instant reporting, IR-Fusion with autoblend, radiometric and standard video recording, voice and text annotation, and streaming USB or HDMI video. Phew! That’s a lot. There actually even more features that are included in each of the cameras in this line but I’ll touch on them in the next post. Stay tuned for information on this new Fluke Ti series’ LaserSharp focus system. See you then.
